Delivery

Our orders are not sent using conventional parcel delivery services. Preparation and delivery are carried out directly by selected local partner florists.

This ensures that every bouquet is freshly tied, carefully transported and personally delivered to the specified delivery address.

Delivery areas

TheRosarium.de offers delivery within Germany as well as to Austria, Switzerland and numerous other countries.

Delivery is generally carried out by a florist or local delivery partner near the recipient. The availability of individual delivery options may vary depending on the delivery location and the local partner business.

Delivery times

Same-day delivery

For orders received by 19:00 German time, delivery on the same day is possible. An express surcharge is charged in addition to the standard delivery fee for same-day delivery.

Orders received after 19:00 can generally be delivered no earlier than the following delivery day.

Delivery on your preferred date

A preferred delivery date can be selected during the ordering process. Orders can be placed for the same day or for a later date.

Final availability of the selected delivery date depends on the delivery location, the time the order is placed and the availability of the responsible partner florist.

Delivery costs within Germany

Standard delivery: 5,95 €

Sunday delivery:
Standard delivery 5,95 € + Sunday surcharge 3,00 €
Total: 8,95 €

Delivery on a public holiday:
Standard delivery 5,95 € + public-holiday surcharge 8,00 €
Total: 13,95 €

Express same-day delivery:
Standard delivery 5,95 € + express surcharge 10,00 €
Total: 15,95 €

The delivery options available in each case and the final total amount are shown during the ordering process.

If multiple surcharges apply to an order, for example for same-day delivery on a Sunday or public holiday, the applicable surcharges are shown at checkout.

International delivery costs

For international orders, delivery costs may vary depending on the destination country, region and local partner florist.

The delivery price applicable to the relevant order is shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery and recipient absence

Our partner florists generally make one delivery attempt at the specified delivery address.

If the recipient cannot be reached at the time of delivery, the bouquet may be left in a protected place outside the front door, provided that this can be done safely and is permitted by the person placing the order or the recipient.

Alternatively, the order may be handed to a neighbour or another suitable person.

If the bouquet can neither be left safely nor handed to a neighbour, it may be returned to the nearest partner shop. In this case, the recipient will be informed about subsequent collection or delivery.

The person placing the order is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and a telephone number on which the recipient can be reached.

Sunday and public-holiday deliveries

Delivery on Sundays and public holidays can be selected directly during the ordering process, provided that this option is available at the requested delivery location.

It is generally not necessary to enquire in advance by email or telephone.

The surcharges listed above apply to Sunday and public-holiday deliveries.

Freshness guarantee

Wherever possible, all bouquets are freshly tied on the delivery date and delivered directly.

Because flowers are natural and perishable products, the colour, shape, size and availability of individual flowers may vary seasonally. If a particular flower variety is unavailable, it may be replaced with an equivalent alternative without materially changing the overall style and value of the selected arrangement.

Our partner florists take care to ensure careful workmanship, high quality and delivery that is as fresh as possible.

The freshness guarantee is conditional on the flowers being handled properly after handover, provided with sufficient water and kept in accordance with the enclosed care instructions.
