Delivery & Shipping

We don't use traditional shipping services. Instead, all orders are delivered directly through our local partner florists. This ensures that every bouquet arrives fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.

Delivery is made directly to your door by experienced local florists.

Delivery areas

We deliver worldwide—to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and internationally. Regardless of the destination country, we ensure that your bouquet is reliably delivered by a local florist.

Delivery times

  • Same-day delivery: For orders placed before 12:00 PM (German time), same-day delivery is possible.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day at the earliest.
  • Desired delivery date: Customers can specify an individual delivery date during the ordering process (e.g., days or weeks in advance).

Shipping costs

  • Standard delivery (within Germany): 8.99 €
  • International delivery: Shipping costs are typically €8.99, but may vary slightly depending on the country. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery & recipient absence

Our florists generally deliver once to the specified address. If the recipient is not at home, the following options are available:

  • At the request of the customer or recipient, the bouquet can be left in front of the door.
  • Alternatively, the bouquet can be left with a neighbor.
  • If neither of these options is desired or possible, the bouquet will be returned to the nearest partner store. The recipient will then be notified that the bouquet is ready for pickup there.

Please note: Since flowers are a fresh, natural product, we can only guarantee their freshness for a limited time after delivery.

Sunday delivery

Sunday deliveries are available upon request. Please contact us in advance by email or phone.

Freshness guarantee

All flowers are freshly arranged and delivered directly on the day of delivery. We work exclusively with certified florists to ensure the highest quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
