1. Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Germany?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery throughout Germany. Simply order by 1:00 p.m. (Mon–Sat), and your bouquet will be delivered fresh that same day.
2. Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

Of course! You can select your preferred delivery date during the ordering process. We can't always guarantee exact delivery times, but we'll do our best to accommodate your requests.
3. Do you also deliver flowers on Sundays and public holidays?

We currently deliver Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be delivered the next business day.
4. Can I include a personal message or greeting card with my flowers?

Yes, you can add a personalized message to your order free of charge. We also offer beautifully designed greeting cards to make your gift even more special.
5. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all common payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and Sofortüberweisung. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
6. What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient cannot be reached, the courier will either leave the flowers with a neighbor or arrange another delivery attempt. In some cases, the bouquet will be left in a safe place.
7. Are subscriptions or regular flower deliveries possible?

Yes, we offer flexible flower subscriptions. You can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery and have fresh flowers brought to your home regularly.
